The DT880 250 ohm will set me back $355 from my local store, and seems to have a really good quality to price ratio. Then I will also get norwegian warranty, which is far better then most other countries.

I live in Norway. From what I understand it will be $299 for the headphone + $25 shipping + $82 VAT + $35 brokerage fee = $441   Still worth it?

Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 32 ohm (not Limited Edition) have been sold in some countries for a long time. They even come in the 80 ohm box with a sticker that says 32 ohm. Never heard about DT770 Premium 32 ohm.

I use them as my main portable headphone with iPod Touch 4th gen, and I do not bother with an amp. I have the Fiio E6 (and L3), but for me the Fiio does just as good of a job laying on the shelf at home...collecting dust.

They are great, but you have paid a lot for the blue details.
