    Hi thanks for the reply. Yes everything is downloaded and I’ve tried the offline mode and still it’s not playing. Maybe I might have to delete the app and reinstall it and download everything again. It did work fine. I also have deezer hifi and it works great. Not sure what’s going on with tidal.

    I can turn it on I still have about 6 percent but it won’t charge. Your right I might have to send it to Korea to get fixed. I might have to wait until things settle down in the world to do so though. That’s ok I love this little player so it’s worth it. Maybe get them to put a new battery in it...

    The battery is still pretty good actually. I have the docking station and it won’t charge there either as it use too. Someone told me to try hard reset but already tried factory reset and still not working.

    Im looking for a new cable and I went to their website and there is no pricing on their products and when you add to cart a message come up saying that they are not accepting payments at this time??? I found that wierd. As their cables look nice.
