Rock Jaw Audio - T5 Ultra Connect
Hi Ian, hope all is well. Apologies for late response. Yep the Genus V2 are a great IEM for that price point. With regard to the T5 i would say that Rock Jaw kept the same sound signature to a wireless headphone. The tuning filters do the same job as the Genus. Probably a bit bass heavy but its...- voxie

As @buke9 who is a extremely respected member on Head-fi.. I have never had an issue with the build quality re Final Audio products. All strain areas are well made and robust. I too have the HE-400s another great iem that is worth looking into.- voxie

Is burn in real or placebo?
Final Audio call this "Ageing" and have a page on its website describing exactly how it, over time, effects the sq of their headphones. In a positive way. interesting reading. So maybe we can keep this tread focussed to the original question. its becoming an ego fest!- voxie

Help me once again Headfi
Yep, I understand. Have bought Final Audio products through the years and in truthfulness I never had to claim. They are a serious player in the audiophile community and not some ChiFi company that one has never heard of. I purchased my Final iems from Amazon who in fairness have a good return...- voxie

Looking for new stuff
Hi, maybe check out the new Final Audio range esp the E4000 and the E5000 models. A recent review was posted here comparing the two. With regard to a DAC/AMP I'm not too up to speed but FIIO would be a good reference point. Am sure other members will chime in to help.- voxie

Where's The AKG K601 Review Thread?
Complexly agree, there are my first high end phones. They need a nuclear reactor for them to reach full potential. They really shine with classical music. Glad to hear that you are enjoying them. Thanks for the post.- voxie
