I finna get some Eikons. Fiio's new FH1 was disappointing, just get the F9 PRO. Sundara was very good. New Advanced Sound IEM was AWFUL!

No, it's like buying a vintage muscle car, but with better gas mileage. A lot of people like the way the older model sounded, but it has a clear upgrade (price, weight, and comfort.)

Any downsides to getting this over the regular LCD-2? Seems like a downright bargain.

I thought they were both very good in their own way. It just seems to be a matter of personal preference.

I haven't even gotten a good listen with the Aeon closed or the Atticus/Eikon and they're already releasing new stuff? I need to pick up the pace. So many headphones, so little time.
