Price wise I guarantee you that the LCD4 is not worth 6.66666666666666667 times the LCD-2C. It's not even 2x better, let alone 1.5x better for that price. However, I haven't heard so I can't really say lol. I definitely hope that is a rare instance.

If you wait a while, Dekoni is in the process of creating pads for the HD700. No idea where you'd get a replacement headband tho. Maybe just get a knit sleeve or something to wrap over the original headband. It'd be a lot cheaper that way than replacing an entire headband.
