I just got one today, a refurbed one, and I must say they are easy to use, sound excellent, and the price of $69 for 16GB expandable by another 32 more....deal of the month for me, maybe the year.

1000+ Head-Fier
Pros: Sound quality, size, build, dynamics, deep rich bass and everything in between
Cons: Early adopters dealing with hum and lack of proper headphone impedance choices
I own the first version and loved it but MK2 blows that unit away. Deeper, richer bass thats tight and well defined. Amazing how good it sounds, if I paid 2K for an amp and you gave me this unit for that 2K I'd be a happy, happy camper!!! This is a no brainer especially if your on a budget, its a special unit and your chance to get one is now before the race is on. I was given this as a gift and what a gift!!!!!

1000+ Head-Fier
Pros: DAC/ pre-amp/ tube buffer/USB converter, tons of options
Cons: None
This unit has such versatility its incredible. I use it as a DAC, a pre-amp, a tube buffer, its a Swiss army knif of DACs. With its tube flavor-a single 5670- this DAC can be tailored to your individual sound preferences. The $200 price ws easily the best investment I've made in HiFi equipment and Grant Fidelity is second to none in customer service. This unit offers incredible value.
