i no longer have it, the KA405 colors the sounds a lot, in a fun way, i now use onkyo A925 which can be found for extremely cheap, and does a better job in every aspect, but it has to be directly from the speakers output (yeah)

as for K340, i heard it with a very nice "natural" sounding amp that doesnt color the sound and it didnt sound good, so maybe it was the amp, maybe it was the K340, not sure, but i as for now i never heard the K340 and said "they sound good!". maybe one day i will find a proper amping for it who knows

build quality

the C3 is build like a tank, my C3 fell several times on the floor and nothing happened. (something I would love to see with an iPhone...)

comfort

really small and portable, but still feels really good in the hand because the C3 is a bit heavy.

using comfort

the touch on the C3 is nice but not like the touch of an iPod/galaxy, sometimes you will need to touch the screen 2-3 times until it will work
the screen is small but i don't think it's a bad thing, you just need to see the name of the song/album so why you need a 4" screen for that?
there is no search option, but after some time you will remember where is the album is and you will find heme in a second.

sound quality

the c3 has a v-shaped sound, big soundstage. fast and accurate bass, really nice detail. a bit dark and slow sound. (kind of HD600)
overall: the C3 have fun sound but still has some neutrality in it.

overall.
why 5/5? because its just 100$ DAP , dont expect for audiophile quality but still this 100$ DAP gives you grate value and even if it costed 150$ it still will be a grate deal.

highly recommended DAP!!!!!!

Design: i like the design of the HD380 not fancy but look good
but they are very strong and i dont think you will ever brake theme

Sound blocking: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!
when i listen with them on a bus i dont hear anything ftom outside

sound.
sound very natural
have nice clear sound
not heavy bass headphones, there is more mid-bass than sub-bass. (nice solid bass)
have airy sound for a closed headphones (because of the size of the ear-cops)
trebel is ok (have jumps in the trebel)
low mids

in the end in this price there is better headphones
but still good sounding heaphones

I bought the next model up, the silver PXC 450 which I paid a fortune for back in the day and I was pretty shocked at how bad they were out of an ipod. Then I discovered amps and bought a bass boost cmoy and it improved it significantly. So if you haven't tried an amp with your 380 yet, I would definitely suggest it. best of luck!

I boght them too and surpisingly i can hear people talking and the sound of the metro :/ am i doing something wrong?im getting dissapointed :frowning2:

dont have big soundstage
good treble and mids
not the best clean sound but still good

i hear all I hear all kinds of music
and they sound amazing in every each one of theme
