Realistic sound in a premium body
Pros: - Sound, build quality
- Comfort
- Replaceable strap, ear pads, and cable
Cons: - No serious problem
- Build quality/Comfort: Build quality is amazing, smooth, and feels like premium headphone, better than any Hifiman I've held in my hand(Sundara, Deva). But wood cups really need extra care. The creaky sound on the hinge is annoyed but with 1-2 shots dry silicone spray then It's not a problem anymore. Comfort is also great, lightweight, clamp force is right amount. Compared to my M1070, T60RP is another level of comfort.

- Amplification/Isolation: It's a semi-open, like DT880, the isolation almost zero, but not too much sound leaks out like typical open headphone. T60RP is not too hard to drive headphone, but definitely needs a decent amp, let's say it is semi hard to drive hp. My Am01 amp drives T60RP easily (RCA in, and low gain), around 10 o'clock for typical CD quality records.

- Sound: Overall T60RP has clean, clear neutral and smooth sounding. Not the greatest detail hp in the price, T60RP more focus on body, realistic sound, detail is above average. The bass quantity is close or the same as DT880 but better in quality, faster deeper, more body. The midrange is standout, really clean, clear, liquid, singers feel present and real, balance between detail and emotion. Treble is not really extended, in control and energetic, on good records I want to raise the volume, but some harsh records need to volume down a bit.

- Comparison: My M1070 is reasonable compared to T60RP, hp from Monolith is warmer, thicker, little stronger in the bass. Midrange feels bigger (expected for open cans) but less body, treble is tame down, little better detail overall, better build quality for T60RP(Much better). But the longer session I listen to T60RP the more It reminded me of Beyerdynamic DT880. T60RP is like an upgrade from Beyerdynamic cans, with better bass quality but almost the same amount of quantity, more body, smooth out and not as sharp - dry treble. Fostex did a nice job on both build and sound quality. T60RP may not for everyone's taste but for anyone liking this sound style, It's an amazing value hp. Now I'm curious about Fostex's higher-end hps.

A humble headphone from ATH
Pros: - Sound quality
- Lightweight, comfortable
- Solid build
- Easy to drive
- Removable ear pads
- Attractive ear cups
- Being a closed back
Cons: - No carrying case
- Non-detachable cable
Gears I used in this review: F.Audio AM01 headphone amp, XiangSheng DA-05AII as DAC, Denon CDC-510AE

I replace bigger ear pads(110mm) for A1000z because I have some spare of my Monolith M1070. Stock ear pads(105mm) are fine but thin.
PXL_20220121_065055166.MP_2.jpg

- Build quality: A1000z is comparable with headphones at 400$ price range like HD600 and M1070, feel solid and light. Non-detachable 3m cable but I can accept that because it is a very good cable. If you were familiar with Beyerdynamic DT series cable, this is an upgrade from that, a bit thinner, softer and elastic

- Comfort: A1000z is lightweight, clamp-force just right, not too tight like HD600, or too loose like M1070. 3D wings are something you have to get used to, I like the way ear cups hug my ears and feel nothing on my head. A comfy headphone, if you give it a bigger size and thicker than the stock ear pads

- Isolation: Headphone blocks about 70% outside noise. A1000z is not compact cans, just for home use, therefore the isolation is fine. Sound leak a little bit, but not annoy people around.

- Sound quality: It is very easy to drive, needs good sources rather than strong. A1000z sounded good on both my cd player and headphone amp/DAC. Overall nature, smooth, clean, clear, detail, open sound, little bump at both ends.

For me, A1000z little bit roll-off sub-bass. Not as HD600 sub-bass roll-off, but it not going to rumble in dance or EDM songs. Mid-bass is slightly bold, good speed and body, not too deep, elastic-like the cable :). Bass detail is decent

Midrange is the best part, has good warmth, clear, detail not thick or too thin. Sounded good for both male and female vocals, instrumentals are nature tone.

Treble is crisp, clear, well extended, detailed but not gonna hurt my ears. I can wear A1000z few hours without fatigue. treble is also good control. The separation and soundstage are impressive for a closed-back, I never feel like I wearing a closed-back headphone.

A1000z is good for almost every genre. EMD and dance are acceptable. Rock, jazz, classical, pop do very nice

- Comparison/Conclusion: I just have HD600 is reasonable compared, price is close, both use dynamic drivers. To my ears, A1000z is better in almost everything, separation, detail, soundstage, fuller bass, clarity, comfort. Detachable cable is only HD600 advantage. I totally understand why HD600 is fan-favorite headphone for a long time, but A1000z beat it in almost every aspect. I know a lot of people would laugh at my conclusion, but I know what I am hearing, and believing. Ath-A1000z is my second best, and it's closed-back headphone, looking for a good closed-back much harder than open.

Attractive, deserve the money it ask for
Pros: - Eyes catching design, build quality
- Wealthy accessory, nice packaging
- Comfortable, fit
- Solid, reasonable amount of bass
- Realistic, lifelike sound. No harshness or sibilant
Cons: - Not the most engaging earphone for everyone tastes
- A little more detail would be great
I'm not a professional reviewer or musican, i write this review like a music lover.
Gear: F. Audio Fa3s. Spring is sensitive with source, let it play good quality music and music player, a phone would not do it probably.

122726659_3402581713190382_8049324022043170400_o.jpg

Stock cable is good build and sound quality. But personally i don't really like spc cable, it makes upper mid sound unature, especially male vocal. Therefore all my experience with this earphone, i used my pure copper cable.

- Burn in: Spring has 2 DD (one 8mm for low, 12mm full range ) and 1 BA for high. It did'nt take many hours for stable sound like i thought, just 2-3 hours. Sound from out of the box a little bit compressed.

- Fit/Isolation: Spring fit good in my ear, one of the most comfort iem i've tried. Isolation is average, so don't use Spring somewhere too loud. Stock tips looks nice but I used my familiar third party eartips.

- Overall sound: This earphone remind me about Whizzer A15 Pro(Haydn), very balance sound, not really emphase on any frequencies, realistic and lifelike timber. "Boring" was the word i heard the most when someone first tried A15 Pro or Spring.

- Bass: Bass has good speed, solid and tight, good control and not gonna bleeds into the mid. Mid and sub bass have medium impact, quantity, and deep. Work nice with acoustic bass, a liitle bit lacking impact and rumble on heavy electronic dance.

I listened "Kill this love - Blackpink" and "Fantastic Baby - Bigbang" for dance genre. 02:50 on "Kill this love" track, lack rumble on sub bass, and first 30s "Fantastic Baby" strong bassline, just a liitle bit more to satisfy my ears.

With lighter electronic bass like "Still Alive - Bigbang" or, acoustic bass in Miyuna's track 天上天下, Il Divo's songs, Spring did really amazing.

- Mid: I don't feel like "thin" on anywhere of midranges. i would say it is "Dynamic timber" i've heard the same quality in Whizzer Haydn. Very realistic, nature mid with enough detail that you can enjoy songs from the most genres. A little warm, not going to micro detail, sound good in both male or female vocals. Separation is nice also.

Kalafina's Seventh Heaven made me moved. like 3 of them in front of me. Il Divo - Tell That To My Heart and Bigbang - Blue are amazing CLEAR. I love Spring midrange so much.

- Treble: Not once sibilant found, even with the spc stock cable. But Spring can be describe like a bright earphone with stock cable. Change cable to pure copper made Spring sound balance, nice detail high, good energy. Spring emphasized a bit on the bass and treble but can't call this iem like a "V", because just small amount of boost.

Teayeon - Four Season felt nice in my ear with nice energy of treble without harshness. Le Couple - Saishuukai also made similar thing for me.

- Comparison: Whizzer Haydn has deeper bass, slower, less control. They all have clear mid and nice separation, average staging, good amount of treble energy.

Tinhifi P1 has more detail in midrange and treble. better speed bass. but lacking deep mid bass, weak sub bass.

- Conclusion: Reecho-Peacock Spring is amazing for my taste, i will keep this set forever :)) for both sound quality and the visual. Like i said, Spring not for everyone tastes because it's not engaging enough. Buyers - you will know what you need to choose Spring or not

Pros: Premium design and package
Better comfort than A15 Pro
Detailed, balanced sound
Never be disappointed in Whizzer's bass
SO Beautiful
Super good price
Cons: My 2pins connector way too tight to take it out
I read and watch many contradictory reviews about this iem, almost them complained it's bass, boring mid and roll off high make congested sound, just a few people gave Kylin compliment. I owned Whizzer A15 Pro, it build amazing sounded really good for me. Nothing make me more courious than a beautiful earphone with many contradictory reviews and the price is also good.

Source: ZX300. I found that Kylin needs more power than i expected. I have to turn high gain for more clear and tighter sound. It needs sometime for reaches its best also.

Build quality, Fitting, Comfort:
Many reviews talk about build quality, and design, so i just want to say something short and simple PREMIUM AND BEAUTIFUL. The fit and sound isolation are averge, it's not fit deep inside the canal, shallow than usually, not the best secure but not easy to fall out, exchange is comfort it make. For me Final Type E size M is good seal

Sound quality:
- Bass: j
ust my subjective opinion, Whizzer is really really masterful at this area. I don't know about Whizzer A15 but A15 Pro Haydn gave me a good experience of bass. Kylin's mid bass is tight, bit slower side, good control, a bit deep, a bit soft, a bit accented. Sub bass is density, still good control, and rumble in the electronic music, not fatigue at all. Not the perfect for electronic music but it sound really good

- Midrange: mid is detailed and clear, a bit fuller than A15 Pro and P1. Good resolution, warm and nature, accented at upper mid. It's not attractive at first time listen, but emotional.

- Treble: Kylin have good energy of treble, non fatigue. for people who like crispness treble may not like. Sounded quite relax. Kylin not sounded like a big stage, it's like in a chamber, that's mean you feel closer to performers

Comparison:
- A15 Pro:
Kylin has deeper bass, a bit slower, better sub bass quality and quantity. Fuller and better in detailed mid and treble,

- Tinhifi P1: P1 has much more less bass responsed, really fast, almost no accented in mid bass and sub bass. Mid both a bit warm and nature. The treble is big difference, P1 is crispness, detailed. I wish P1 had Kylin's bass

Conclusion: I think Whizzer Kylin is the best undervalued iem, i feel not fair for them. Whizzer Kylin is deserves or even more the price 160$ when they first sale it out, 80 - 100$ for now is bargain. I also found out who is good reviewers, who is the worse after many reviews i read before i bought this iem =))). Sorry for my not good English :frowning2:

Pros: Refined sound
Best comfort
Beautifull IEM
Light weight
rich accessorry
Cons: Cable is not high quality as the shell
Mmcx connecter on left bud is loose, sound unstable when i touch it
Honestly i think A15 Pro deserve 4 stars overall (Because of cable) but i think 5 stars to encourage Whizzer, they've made a great sounding, comfort, and beautifull IME

This is the best IEM unboxing experience i've had. really nice

The shell was well made by stainless steel, with 1 Dynamic driver Beryllium coated, it has nice weight also. Very nice fit and comfort. When i used foam tips, it felt like disappeared on my ears.

The cable is not that good. It's looks cool, but loose and unstable on the left bub when i touch the mmcx connecter

-About the sound: Overall, this is balance IEM, sounds neutral, clarity, and good control. I changed the cable (8 core silver plated)
+ Bass: the bass is tight, texture, not go deep, not too fast, quite accurate bass with a tiny boost. Good control, average sub bass and impact (suite my taste well)
+ Mid: Amazing clarity, good amout of detail, really neutral mid. Thanks to good sub bass, i don't feel hollow in the back, both male and female vocals sound great
+treble: Well extend, good detail and control.
60454436_2178126628969236_8433685953809219584_n.jpg

- Conclusion: A15 Pro is beauty, amazing build quality, refined sound, best comfort IEM. Although i have to pay more for third party cable, but i think this is a good buy

Hello, can I wear these cable facing down with after market cables or by flipping them?

Pros: Build and design quality (From cable to the shell)
Amazing sound
Totally fit
Cons: Should require 1 pair of foam tip in the box at least
- Put the foam tip on V80, don't use silicone.
20190117_140642.jpg

V80 with foam tip and upgrade cable almost reaches Tin Audio T2's mid/ treble level - V80 a bit warmer.
Bass much more pronounce than T2, deep, impact, tight, great quality.

With 25$ for V80, about 7$ for cable. Its sound amazing better than my friend's F9 pro and Yuin PK2.

I orderd silver plated cable to test how V80 tranforms. Really good IEM. I can enjoy Fantastic Baby, High High, Bang Bang Bang from BIGBANG now - can't do with T2 :))

Edited: Much better detail with NiceHck 8 core silver plated cable - about 16$. My foam tip got dirty easily =))

You can wash your foam eartips gently with lukewarm water and let dries. It will work for you properly unless it is injured. 🤫
