The speaker has a nice enough weight to let you know its good quality but not overly heavy. comes with charging cable and carrying cord.
I must admit it looks nice if not typical but the sound is far better than average to me.

Sound:
Bass: Is impactful and quality but not to the point of interfering with the mids, sub bass has a fast but nice bite , while mids bass has speed and punch.
Mids clear and forward with a good pronounced detal and warmth, great for everything from music to movies on the go.
Treble: Nice extension , very well controlled with a open feeling.
Imaging and soundstage: far better than average , good details but as with speakers it will depend on its placement and environment.
Conclusion: The R9 is a well built BT speaker with excellent range, great features and its sound is very good for its size.
