Without realizing the cord was around my foot I did a nice pull on it and snapped the prong that goes in my sound card mostly off. I'm still getting sound out of one channel but not the other. Does anyone know of a place online or in the San Francisco area that can fix this? Thanks

Just bought these DT770's 80 ohms, and the first thing I notice is that the left side rattles when I listen to bass songs (I have to turn it down very low not to hear it).  I was wondering is this a easy fix, or do I just need to let the headphones burn in?  Thanks.
