I ripped a CD to atrac lossless format (.oma) and tried to use Media Go to transfer it to the device, the files always get encoded to mp3 format. Copying the .oma directly to the device  doesn't work either. How to transfer the lossless format to the device?

I'm guessing Apple should have noticed the downloads done for iPhone 4/s and iPod Touch 4 from external creators of EQ programs, and thus addressed this by making a custom EQ option in the new iPod Touch. What do you think?

Is it possible to bypass the DAC of an MP3 player? I'm assuming that it isn't and if it is it's probably a lot of trouble and not worth the attempt.

After just a couple years, the rubberized back on my Sansa Fuze is melting away. It looks like half melted wax and everything is sticking to it. I can easily scratch it off down to the metal with my fingernail. I can get a cover for the rig but I'd rather clean it up.   Anyone else...
