I thought it would be good if we started planning what we are going to do for the October show this year. I'm planning to come from Thursday or Friday through to Monday. 
 
Who is coming and what would you all like to do?

Am planning to come one of the mornings at least. Would love to catch up with people over dinner, that may be easier if significant others can join (but requires a bit more planning).

Another idea is to combine with a meet on the same week end.

If the show is 2 days again, we wont have time for a separate meet on the weekend, unless we do what we did before and meet up at the hotel early in the morning for coffee and listening or after dinner. I think everyone will be too tired by the evening though, so 7am is more realistic!

I guess it depends hiw many people show up and with what gear. Since you're flying over, and maybe other people are reserving that time, there could be some interest.

I don't really have anything new since our last meet. I could bring my stuff but its getting kinda "big" I you get my meaning.

It's announced, October 26-27. I can only be there on Saturday. I have to attend some event in Sendai on Sunday.
