It's time for the fourth annual St. Louis Area Spring Head-Fi Meet!

JDS Labs will once again be hosting the meet at our office across the river in Collinsville, IL. If you plan on attending, please post on the thread with any gear and shoot me a PM if you need table space so we can ensure the availability of tables and chairs.

I will be there. Equipment: Cavalli Lau, PS Audio Directstream DAC, Auralic Aries Mini streamer, Audeze LCD-4. I can bring a Woo WA5 if there is room and people want to hear it. I would prefer to use the Bridge network card in the Directstream over the Aries but that requires an Ethernet connection. I don't know if that is possible. Looking forward to seeing everybody and especially getting to listen to the Auteur.

We have 30-40 pairs of disposable silicone tips of varying sizes at the office as well. Which should be enough... or I also need to order more chairs.

Thanks @PinkyPowers you are bringing two of my top 5 iems that I have heard. The Encores are very good but the Tia Fourte’s are in another ballpark for me. The LCDi4’s are getting close but no close enough.

I for one will love to hear the QP1R, and to experience the HD800 on the Bottlehead Crack and Liquid Carbon. I've read that is a real nice pairing.

The 6xx’s are the pairing with the Crack. The 800’s are good but you haven’t heard the 650’s until you have heard them on a Crack. The mids are to die for.

Maybe the guys at JDS Labs could loan me a dac for the day and maybe show how their dacs can be well with a say Amps and Sound Kenzie? Yes I’m stretching here just would like to have all of my amps taken care of.
