I for one think the price is fair, as it has no competitor. I am more concerned about possible false advertisement, especially when they charge a restocking fee on their returns.
it's not false advertising. suction power and battery capacity/power is easily measured. The person typing this response just happens not to be the one who measures these things but trusts the people in the room next to them to have done so correctly. It also wouldn't serve us well to make it less effective than the competition because we actually use these in the field when we visit dozens of artists and clean hundreds of IEMs a month using these vacuums. believe us, it sucks

For $60 I can get Harman curve tracking iems with inaudible distortion. Save a few thousand on iems and can keep buying new ones when they need cleaning.
I just EQ Airline buds to match Harman, bought a few thousand pairs for $7.

I will probably buy this VAC Pro as some of my IEMs don't have much "protection" between the drivers and the nozzles, i.e. exposed, so being able to use a tool and a brand that I trust would be quite essential given the prices of the IEMs in my collection.

Just curious, as many here are complaining the price, I just wonder what's a "fair" price for this product in a market of expensive IEM cleaning? In fact is there a fair price in this case as it appears that there isn't a comparable product in the market (cleaning of expensive IEMs, form a vendor that's reputable on product quality and customer service), and in the absence of which there is hardly a "baseline" to do a "mark-to-market" reference vis-a-vis other comparable products in the expensive IEM cleaning product-market segment.

If anyone of of you know other such product alternative I'm glad to hear (pls don't quote me some unknown, unfamiliar products from AliExpress, as I hesitate using these products to clean my Viking Ragnar for example). No offence to these product from AliExpress as I'm certain their price/performance would find their use cases in other product-market segments ..

there are other Vacuum tools, just none as portable, cordless, and well-built as ours. Also for comparable suction the price differences between ours and theirs is negligible.
