I am about to buy a pair of AKG K1000 and I need to know if I can buy a converter cable to fit a 3.5mm jack, please tell me the name of the cable and where I can buy one thanks very much

The AKG K 1000 needs an amp, iPhone has far to less power to drive them. Imho best is a small speaker amp (2A3 or 300B) or an powerful headphone amp.
