I've been a big fan of Musical Paradise's MP-302 Class-D Mini Amplifier.  Quality small size headphone amp that I could also use to drive speakers when I didn't want to wear headphones.  I liked it so much that I wanted a second one for the office but now they are discontinued.
 
Here's what I'm looking for.

1. Good quality
2. Small footprint.  No more than 50% bigger than the MP-302 (18.5cm x 15cm x 6.5cm (L x W x H))
3. Should be able to comfortably drive a pair of Senn HD580s headphones
4. Should be able to comfortably drive a pair of small, efficient speakers
5. Under $200

 
Anyone have something they'd like to recommend?

Many like the class-T amps

I'm fine with a class-T, would just like some specific recommendations.  For example, I thought about a Topping TP41 but in doing research, it looks like the amp used for the headphone section isn't that great.
