Recently I picked up an HD800S, which is an absolutely beautiful can since I like wide soundstage and analytic sound. The current DAC/AMP combo I used is the Yulong DA9. But I'm considering to upgrade my AMP and probably DAC later for my HD800S (and many other hi-end cans to come I guess).
I see many people say simaudio moon neo 430HA/D is an excellent choice for HD800S. But one of my friends says he thinks ECBA 2A3 is better, which sort of confuses me since we have so many choices for potential AMP + DAC upgrade...I don't live in the places where I can try these high-end AMP/DAC so I just wonder what's your guys' opinion on this? I like the relatively neutral sound but fun cans are also acceptable...But most importantly I think I need to get an AMP that can go with most of the high-end cans so that I don't need to keep investing on DAC+AMP...
