I have the Xonar DG sound card with built-in amp and the cMoyBB. When I plug the cMoyBB into the Xonar, will I be using the amp power from both devices?

Technically your double amping, but the Xonar DG headphone amplifier is not that strong.
The the cMoyBB will be driving the headphones, not the Xonar DG's amp.
