And do you have the Exynos or Qualcomm Snapdragon variant?
My device is based on Qualcomm SoC (as per logs: msm8974).

Thanks, i knew the answer would be obvious, I was having a 'moment' there! I tried what you said and it did indeed change, plus the driver section of the audio hardware section says it's using the Q5. Thank you so much for your help.@Steve Guppy , if it's connected by usb-c it is being sent digitally to the Q5. Try to play a few different files of differing sample rates and see if your Fiio Q5 adapts (changes to follow) those source frequencies. IE if you're paying a 44.1 file, see if Q5 indicates 44.1. If you're playing 48khz file, see if it changes on the Fiio to 48, etc.
If you're playing either 44.1 or 48 and the fiio indicates it's 192khz, you have sample rate conversion going on (which is not desirable).
@dmitrykos
thanks for a great App. Is it possible to play Coaxial out on the Dx200 using your App. If so what settings do I need to change in order to make it happen ?
Many thanks
That seems like the obvious option, but i tried a different cable, and it was exactly the same. And I'm a bit ocd with L (blue) being left and R (red) being right. What's switching the channels? Neutron or my Q5?Simple. Switch the connections.

Yeah thanks, i got that. But as i said in my previous post, i was being a muppet, and somehow managed to turn the reverse stereo option on...... :-/..Thanks for the advice though..Sorry, what I mean switch/invert the cable connections in your IEM. The cable you have inserted in the R iem insert it to L iem and vice versa.
