If so, what did you use?  How did it work out for fit?  For sound?

I haven't owned the HP150s, but I've owned the HP100s three times, which I understand are nearly identical. Most full-size Beyer pads fit very well.  I've used velours, softskins, and the Custom One Pro pads.  I found the COP pads to be the best in terms of adding to the comfort but not detracting from the sound too much.  And they come in a bunch of different colors, which is cool.
