Are there any sub $150 in-ear options that have solid bass, somewhat flat response, and a mic?

V-moda have pronounced bass for in ear I've read.check them out. Quite reasonable priced.

I got the Panasonic RZ-S500W and I like them a lot. Plenty of bass without going overboard and a really nice clear sound. I wouldn't mind a wider soundstage but I suspect that's an issue with all earphones.

Stock tips are uncomfortable af, tho. Trying to figure out what to get (and what size).
