Looking fr another DAP, I am trying to decide soundwise, but Sony is still tempting me with their extraordinary battery life. But speaking on the sound quality only, can Shanling, Hiby, Hidizs or somehing else in 200$-something price range outperform ZX100? The price is about 200$ because I have an option to buy Sony used for these money.
Are there cheaper alternatives to Sony ZX100 in Chinese market today?

I'm little late here.. But. Now I can answer. Have hidizs ap-100 and zx100 now - and the zony is much better. Ap100 seems to be more powerful but it's THDs are unacceptable at high volume.
Sony can drive even the orthophonic 88 ohm's headphones better. And my blessed ue triple fi 10 pro sounds great with zx100.
