I was thinking about buying full-size headphones, but I wear IEMs for years and the market has evolved far away since I explored headphones world last time. As far as I remember, German Maestro was a great choice for monitoring purposes (had a chance to listen a few models myself), and now I wonder if any asian guys made something of this quality, but maybe cheaper?..
Maximum budget is 200$, the less, the better. I am looking for articulated sound and open construction (not fully sound-isolating, like ATH M50s).
