M50s are overrated as all get out. I'd reccomend getting the K550 instead, they have an okay aesthetic with manageable sound quality (far superior to M50s in my opinion).

For your type of music you are listening to, I'd say out of those three you should go with the ath-m50's. Beats Solo is out of the question, because they are expensive for not a great pair of headphones. Also Beats solo's focus on looks and bass, and therefore have more muffled vocals. For rock music you won't want the beats solo, that would basically be shooting yourself in the foot. ATH-Pro700's are good headphones, but they focus more on good bass which you don't need for rock music. Ath-m50's therefore are alot clearer than the ath-700Pros.
 
So you should probably get the ath-m50's out of those three choices
