Anyone have any experience with Audeze customer support?
I have a pair of their LCDi4's with issues but have not heard back a thing for about 5 days now. Any issues with them honoring their warranty?
Kind of disappointed with the product and the service but I really want to give them a chance. I purchased these directly from Audeze but as soon as I opened the box I had a red-flag, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but for $2,500 I feel really bad that I did.
