I have been looking non stop for a solution to my needs, I thought I found it with a Tubemagic D1 but I am not really liking it. In short I need a amp/dac that has usb and optical inputs with RCA outputs for my KRK Rokit 5's it seems its incredibly hard to find a decent DAC that meets these humble requests.

Fiio e17 has an optical in but no RCA outs
Many awesome cheap amps and dacs these days are USB Input only! Or the amps dont have RCA outs for my KRK Rokits!

I thought the Tubemagic D1 would solve all this but I just dont like how warm and relaxed it sounds.

I wish I could get a magni modi stack with RCA Outs.

udac doesn't have optical input.

Lots of chinese dac amp have those, I like Topping one with upgraded PSU (throw away the cheap wallwart they bundle together) myself.

D3 Dac section in particular matched Odac, with better soundstage according to this review http://zakupek.pl/test/wzmacniacze/recenzja-topping-d3/

I recently pick up a used Zero 09 (cheap) for similar purpose. It has usb, coax and optical.
Lots to read about it if you search.
