Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you have had experience with Aure yet. They're a Taiwanese boutique CIEM manufacturer. I think they started off with reshells and refits. They now also have a few designs of their own.

As you can tell from their photography, they create real beauties! I've been watching them for a very long time and in January, finally, I couldn't resist and contacted them over Instagram (using my poor Mandarin) and was forwarded to email a few days later.
I exchanged a few messages with Ken, requested a price, and finally made a payment in March after they confirmed that they received my qdc Gemini and ear impressions. In June, I received a mail saying my qdc and an Elixir demo will be sent my way before June 25th. Since then I have never heard back. All mails (email, FB, Instagram) are left unanswered. No tracking number, no confirmation whether the reshell is still in production, nothing...
I'm sure this is not a scam, but I would carefully suggest that communication is not their strength. I also don't believe that they have much experience with international orders, so maybe my package was lost or sent without tracking number? It's a risk I took, but I would like to receive some kind of reply...
Just wondering if others have made more positive experiences and care to share their impressions.

If the package is lost, maybe we can figure out a new deal. I have more IEM that could use a rework
