I haven't been keeping up with the Denon drama. (although, Im looking forward to their departure from the Dx000 series as I didn't really care for their performance... despite some of the new models looking offensively gaudy)  It's surprising that they've become scarce so quickly considering how readily available they were for so long at discounted prices.
 
In light of this, I'll also gladly endorse the above sentiment.  Go with an established seller on the FS forum.  My first purchase from here was about five years ago now and I have yet to have anything less than an extremely positive experience.  Just an excellent community to be a part of.
