I listen to a wide range of music so they need to cater to all music types. I generally prefer Over-ear, but would be willing to go for On-ear as well. I will be wearing them in public so they need to be reasonably stylish and comfortable, but this is not my Main priority. The main contenders that have come up are the AKG Tiesto k67, the AudioTechinica ATH M-50/s and the Aurvana Live. Are they th best in that range?

Hey Purple are the Takstar/Gemini full size (Over ear?) I'm looking to upgrade to a full size set. Coming from the Denon AHD-1000.
Do you think these would be a decent upgrade or more of a side step?
I've owned in the past, Dt770/80, Denon AHD-2000, and most of Senns 400 series. Tried M50s but my Denons are MUCH better.

Numark Red Wave. Around 70-80 bucks. Great heavy bass, good sound quality, not harsh, comfortable, good at isolating sound both ways and they look great as well.
