I use my laptop in bed and when I get lazy I lie on my side, but I have to take out the earbud that I'm lying on because it gets uncomfortable. I'm currently using the Brainwavz M1
 
Are there any IEMs that can be used comfortably while lying sideways?
 
I like the sound of the Soundmagic E30 better than my Brainwavz M1. I prefer right-angle headphone jacks. Budget is $60.

if budget is possible slight increase, i will recommend Phonak Audeo PFE012, it has superb mini size design on the housing, over-the ear design with comfortable fitting, basically you can enjoy your music and lie on bad

JVC HA-FX40. It sounds fantastic and is only $20. It doesn't have  stems.

JVC FXC50, FXC51, Sony EX310, V-Moda Remix, Klipsch S4 are great to wear when lying on side and all sound pretty good for the price.

GR07 are great for being lazy too, since the profile is rather flat

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I especially like the GR06 because it looks very low profile while in the ear and has a 90 degree jack. 
 
The Soundmagic PL50 also looks small and has a right angle jack. How does it compare with previous recommendations in terms of lying down comfort?

+1 On the SHE3580, they're incredibly small making them ideal for this.

Bump... I really am interested in the JVC HA-FX40 and SHE3580, but they don't look that compact. Any pictures of them being worn?

The Philips SHE3580 is very small Semi IEMs and they are good sounding and JVC FX40 are also small, comfy and good sounding for the price.

The SHE3580 is there abouts the the same size as CX300ii, They tuck away neatly in the earcanal, you can hardly see them. I have used them in bed, you can easily lye on your side without knowing they're there, no pressure at ll.. Plus they sound pretty damn good.
