When I owned the WA22, I always wondered if there was a way the transformers could be located inside the amp case, so only the valves would stick out. My second wish was maybe in future there would be an amp that had the best Solid state qualities (speed and dynamics without sounding thin) and best tube qualities (soundstage, imaging and the right amount of distortion). WA33 has it all.

The best looking tube amp i saw in person was definitely the Fostex V8. Good match between classic tube aesthetics and modern gear appearance.

the more and more I see this reviewed I fall in love with this amp...it is a real statement piece!

Saw this amp in person at the Munich High End show and was very impressed! Didn't get a change to listen but it made a real statement.
Certainly not this year. When did you see this amp?

These are no longer available and the manufacturer went to great lengths to destroy remaining unsold units. (For unknown reason)
