what do you like about the combo? I finally got my A1, but I think it sound only abit better than my Yamaha cd jack. Is this because I am using k702? I will upgrade to the T1 in the future.

I would love to hear the new Beyerdynamic amplifiers. But there are no shops in this country where they have them in stock.

There is only one shop I found that has these here in Taipei. We don't get meets here so I miss hearing lots of stuff! But the one criticism with the A1 ... No gain switch...I like to have control....

A gain switch would be great. It has very high gain and I would also have liked a low gain.

Exactly. I didn't try low impedance cans with the A1. The A2 solves the problem with a much higher price tag...:cry:

Last time I was in Denmark, I found plenty of good audio shops. Where are you situated? I was in Copenhagen... So that was easy for me to find

Still most shops don't deal with headphone audio so much as hi-fi. I found that problem in London

Yeah - the problem is not a lack of HiFi stores. But Beyerdynamic is only sold by one or two dealers and they almost never carry the entire line of products only the top sellers. So it will be hard to get to try one of the new Beyerdynamic amps.

That's a shame! I found that to be true in London. Most people just buy online these days..
