Hello I paid $428 with shipping for my Bifrost Uber, is the D18 which I can get used for $450 a upgrade? The seller keeps telling me so, but I want ot get a second opinion. My amp is the M^3, and my cans are Q701 and LCD-2 Rev 1.

From what I've heard, with single ended output from both and a non-uber bifrost, the two are nearly identical (no noticeable difference to the ears). Now with balanced out from yulong and über bifrost it may be different, but I think they are in the se league and the difference won't be great if any
