Hi guys!

I burned in my QC20s for about 50hrs now...
I tried to use a portable headphone amp (Fiio E6)
and it started to behave in a strabge manner....
The music would suddenly come out louder in one of the earbuds and then in the other....
Is it because the Earphones have niot yet opened out...??
The earbuds never disorted even with the amplifier....
Only the music came out at different levels....
Like something big trying to squease through a small hole and therefore comes out in parts....

Does it happen when you connect it straight to your phone/computer (no fiio e6)?

I'll check with different cables...
But I don't think it's the amp... Caz I don't have any problem with using it with other Headphones like the M50x or the Bose QC 15s.....
Maybe the Bose QC 20i Earphones are not suited with an amp...

Oh. Then its probably not the amp. The qc20s should be completely fine with the amp. It may just be fit issues with the jack.

I tried that too... Checked all the cables and the joints...
It's still the same...
It sounds like it's opening up...
It's playing music one second and then the other it starts to like bloat and hurt my ear...
It works fine without the amp though...

Maybe I am stressing the driver too much...
Should I wait for a little longer for the Drivers to Burn in... ??

If you really want to try burn in, i would use files with rest periods.

Make sure the volume isn't much higher than normal listening volume.
Burn in really shouldn't be fixing this problem at all. If its not placebo, I don't see whats happening.

Should I probably try the in-store one with my amp and see if it is the same... And then think about taking it to customer care..??
It's brand new... It's just been a week since I got it...

Hi...!
Ya...
Apparently... There is a built in EQ and Amp for the Bose QC 20i....
So you can't use any kind of an external amp... Or anything which will increase the sound output....
And yeah... It happens only when it gets really loud.... (even without an amp... I tried it on my iPhone 5 at max volume with a really really good mp3...the best ones... And it did bloat....
