It was in this Sunday's Old Navy ad. Don't know why I care but it's bugging me and I've done all the "Big Orange Headphones" searches I can do. I'm assuming they are not aviation phones as the ad shows another guy with iBuds on next to him. There is a fairly long coiled cord coming out of it too.

I was in the Navy in the 60s and was hoping to see something nostalgic.

They look to be ca. 1970 or so, kind of Koss-ish, like the K2+2 Quadraphone on Koss' website museum.

the headband is identical to the headband on my old koss quadrophones, but mine are more oval shaped and not bright orange.
