Times Square isn't so bad.

If you make eye contact and speak with a promoter in NYC, they'll follow you 20 feet.

If you make eye contact and speak with a promoter in Vegas, they'll follow you 200 feet.

If you make eye contact, don't speak, but have girls with you in Vegas, they'll follow you 2000 feet.

In Vegas if you don't have girls with you, they'll give you a card to get girls. At least back in the old days
