New Features Bring the Hugo 2 DAC Into the World of Wireless


Last month Chord Electronics announced two new products, the 2GO and the 2YU. The 2GO is currently available for order HERE.

The Chord 2GO adds IOs and ergonomic expansion to the Hugo 2, so if you already have one, it should be a no-brainer that the 2GO would complement your system nicely. The Chord 2YU, on the other hand, offers four digital outputs so it can be connected to any DAC or any other device with a digital input, and it can be connected to Chord's own Hugo M Scaler / Hugo TT2 to create a state-of-the-art streaming system. In order for the 2YU to be used with other DACs it must be in combination with the 2GO. The 2GO provides the network or Bluetooth connection (the 2YU cannot be used without the 2GO).
