Hello!
I've just recently finished a transaction to get my hands on a pair of OG Focal Clears from another Head-Fier here, and I've been thinking about source/DAC/AMP stuff to pair with it. As Christmas time is coming up, what would you guys in the Head-Fi community recommend for a DAC/AMP for the Clears? I've seen some stuff about tubes which I don't really know too much about, but really anything goes! I would be looking at the 200-400 range total (so no Pro ICAN Signature please LOL), but if you think you can justify something at a higher price, go for it! I'm all ears when it comes to this stuff really, so if you got something to say, lemme know. Thanks!

Heard! I was slightly impatient and already ordered an amp, but it isn't the 789, it's the Magnius. How would you say the two compare to each other?

I have not heard the Magnius and I'm not a huge fan of the high 2nd harmonic distortion they added to it to color the sound. I hope it's awesome for you!

Thanks for the response! What were you guys thinking of when seeing this thread? Personally, I haven't heard/had much exposure to much from iFi at all, so I don't really know much about your guys' sound, products, quality, etc. I assume it's all fantastic, but as I'll still have to purchase a DAC to work with the Magnius, maybe you guys have some pairings/recommendations to give me anyways? Thanks again!
