How come I never see any decware discussion anymore.  Is there something wrong or missing about them that I don't know?  Or are they just long forgotten about?

Not at all, I think we are too busy listening.  I love my Taboo MKIII.  But you are right, there isn't a lot of talk lately.  People only seem interested in new models all the time, and Decware isn't one of the companies that releases new products every year.  My Taboo is still an awesome amp, and I love listening to it.  If you can deal with the long lead time, it's very worth it.

Too bad the taboo is only good with only low impedance headphone.  My go to headphone is hd 800 so I never really look at the taboo much.

I've used it exclusively with my HD-650's since I bought it.  I'm on the lookout for a good Audeze to pair up with it.  It sounds great with the 650's, although I have never tried the 800.  As with most statement headphones, folks want the absolute best pairing and I understand that.
