I would guess those 32-Ohm Senn HD239s need very little power to drive them.
What do you currently plug the headphone into now?

I'm using them on my phone and laptop

I would think the cheapest headphone amplifier to try is the Fiio E11 ($60).
I found the Fiio E6 ($27) really did not make a difference for my portable audio.

It will only amplify the signal coming from the source. Get an amp/dac instead, a second hand fiio E7 for example.
