I have read up information regarding Grado teamed with the premium clothing designer D&G and made a signature headphone model with the etching: Dolce And Gabbana  -   Grado

the Headphone looks to be based off the GS1000i. only with minor external differences.

the question is; Is Grado moving toward a different advertising/ endorsement business move?

besides, here is some pictures grabbed from google:

It looks more like the headphones were made FOR him/her. they've got his/her name engraved on it, s/he probably paid good money for them.

it obviously looks to be a Marketing thing. more like a company Endorsement by a premium clothing company. i say good for both of them. Grado headphones (especially the wooden ones) have a very Appealing look.
I think they match with the D&G Company's style very well.

but i hate looking at a fashion perspective.
They ARE still a pair of re-etched GS1K's
