Though if handy with a soldering iron, I suggest you try.

Last thing...there is no such thing as a lossless electrical signal / audio signal no matter what the marketing speak will say...
Saying that, the closest you may get which is still highly unlikely is a Cat6 or Cat7 cable though good luck adding the plugs on that...
