The DT880 600 is very well regarded for electronic music in general and it has very good bass extension (it doesn't present a massive bass impact, but it delivers very good extension if that makes sense). I like how it presents bass, extended and clean, not boomy or muddy which often when you hear "bass" headphones you get plenty of bass information, but poorly defined so even if in theory the headphone goes down low, it does so without a great deal of separation and articulation in the bass notes.

For making dubstep, I think you're looking for studio monitor headphones. The ATH-M50 and HD280 Pro are super popular monitor headphones.

Do any of these have a replaceable cable? And is there any leakage?

If you have ears like a rabbit, then there would be a leakage, otherwise not!
