I wanted to start a thread to discuss the various materials used in current IEMs that contain a DD.
It seems some of the popular materials include pure beryllium (very expensive), beryllium coated, carbon nanotube, graphene, etc. I don’t know much about a lot of the different technologies, so I hope to learn from this thread. This would also be a good place to list IEMs based on their DD type.
