I need to resample some albums from 24/88.2 to 24/96 (my new DAC doesn't support 24/88.2). I'm looking for a free standalone resampler that isn't impossible to figure out. Anyone have suggestions?

IMO the best free resampler is SoX... takes a bit of reading to figure it out since it's a command line only program

and if you use foobar there is a SoX based resampler component... get the modified versions... "mod" lets you set samplerates to leave alone "mod 2" lets you specify which samplerates to convert
