I will try the Eros S 1st Anniversary with my Ringo's (the look will be perfect 🥰), since the mighty Ares S Founders Edition is plugged with my Fh9. 😅

If the Eros S cannot compete, sound wise, well, the FE will be splitted between my two earphones... thanks to the conX system 👍

As a matter of fact, the FE is the very best cable I have auditioned or possessed.

Every price, every brand, every technology, everything. No kidding.

Quiet a achievement in my (big...) book (about audio portable cables)... and the Fh9's can scale really.... well ... brutally 😎😅

Unfair match imho.

We'll see,

I don't know.

I strongly believe in synergistic effects with cables.

But yes, quit challenging for the Eros S, sound wise... 🤔😅

Esthetically wise, the Eros S 1st anniversary will be the winner with the Ringo's 😍😎😉

I'm noticing something very strange that has never happened to me before with Effect Audio cables. I tried to replace a FiiO LC-RE (trimetallic) cable with an Eros S on my Hifiman RE2000S and I noticed that although connected to the same (very powerful) ifi GO bar dongle, they now need much more volume to play at the same level when they connected the FiiO. But is this a normal thing or does it have to do with the impedance of the RE2000S (60ohm), this is strange because the same cable (Eros S) did not behave like this when it was used on the iBasso IT07 where it was mounted before. Do you have any idea what that means? Thank you.

Hello everyone, I would like to ask, is there a difference with Eros S Vs Eros S AE in sound signature?

Thank.

Possible. But strange.

"Normally", it is by a tiny margin. A feeling (like the sound is congested, it's an image, or something like this)...

When you write "much more volume", is that say ? 🤔

No, the sound is perfect... much better than the one with the FiiO LC-RE but the volume must be raised by a good 20%... and the ifi GO bar is credited with 475mw much more than other dongles ...

Strange.

20% more volume is huge, yes... 🤔

It is not precise as a measurement, but out of six lights of the ifi GO bar with LC-RE I can barely turn on the third light while with the Eros S I easily reach the fourth... and each light is about 11/12 clicks ...

Yes...
However, having to increase the volume is not often a very good sign in audio...
Yes it is...

Very strange Indeed.

Really, really enjoyed what the Eros S + FIR m0 module did to my 64A Nios. More open, dynamic. Better midrange.
