What is the the difference... I mean in experience...
For example,
Razer Surround vs Sennheiser G4ME 1 Dolby USB Sound Card... Or the Creative 7.1 Surround Sound Sound Cards...
How much difference is there between them...?
If it's huge... What's the best value for money Surround Sound 7.1 Sound Card... (on the lesser priced side)...?

It might help with the advice for sound cards, If you listed a budget range?
But I would assume(?) an internal Creative Labs sound card would be the preferred choice (like the Sound Blaster Z).

I need a USB Sound Card as I am on a laptop....
I have no idea about the budget...
Around $50 maybe...
But which gives the best performance for the buck...?

I'm going to make a guess, the Creative Labs X-Fi Go USB sound card.
I'm more likely to get something by Asus, as I personally prefer Dolby Headphone.

You might find something used and a little better on eBay, with in your budget.

Any suggestions....?
On the Asus ones...?
How about the Asus xonar u3...?
How do these compare to the Razer Surround software 7.1 virtual Surround sound...?

Some people like Dolby, some like SBX, some like Razer
There is not really one that is consider the stand out of the three.
For the price range, i would have no problem using the Xonar U3.

Does the Asus Xonar U3 have Dolby Surround sound...?
What are the other options... (not necessarily in my price range... Might save up...)
Which one would you buy...?

Asus U3 comes with Dolby Headphone surround sound software.
I prefer Dolby software over others, more a personal preference.

  One Last thing...
Sennheiser HD 558s + Asus Xonar U3....is it better than the Sennheiser PC 363Ds...leaving aside the Mic that is...

The Sennheiser HD558 and PC363D use the same 50-Ohm driver.
So my best guess is not a big difference between them.
So I say go for the cheapest one.

Any suggestions for USB Surround Sound Sound Cards...?

Depends on your budget?
I'm guessing could spend from $40 to $100 for an external USB sound card.
