Hi, I have an extremely strict budget, and these amps are my current options. I may build a CMoy, but for now it is between the aforementioned. It is a bonus if it is portable (E11, E7, E6 and PA2V2 Headphones Amplifier). But if it isn't, and the sound quality is far superior, I would make the exceptions (e.g. Bravo or E10). It is a huge bonus that the DAC is included (E7 and E10) and that is why those two more expensive ones are included, as I will one day have to buy a DAC. Any other recommendations in the ~$50 price range would be appreciated, and a recommendation from the above list just as much. Thanks in advance.

It's a great DAC that has enough power to feed all of my headphones. Only HE-400 lacks a little power, but it's an orthodynamic, so...

My current headphones are D2000 (which I'm sure it will drive) but I also have thunderpants, which I'm not so sure it would drive. Would it?

Thunderpants are based on Fostex T50RP, which is 97dB/mW.
HE-400 is 93dB/mW, and it gets just loud enough to enjoy.
With extra 4dB/mW there is a good chance they'll be a good fit.
