I have this headphone.  Satisfied with it the way it is.  I have an iMac 27" late 2012 and the sound with these phones is satisfactory just as it is.  However, I'm wondering if I'm missing something with this setup. I've heard good things about Schiit.  Would the Asgard 2 be able to drive these phones to full potential, or would I need the Valhalla or Lyr?

you could wait for the schiit vali which should be out soon - some people have said good things about it with modded t50rp so yours should do quite well too - this amp would be in a better price range ($119) for your headphones too
