Dear community,
I'm searching for headphones often (but not only) to be used with computer / phone, to listen to (classical and pre-classical, meaning: purely sung, which is why I put hifi as a tag although I don’t need a very high end studio monitor device) music as well as to make phone calls with. I also need a rather effective noise cancelling capacity. Comfort: They should be wearable for longer periods of time, and since I dislike ear buds and have sensitive ears, I think I’d like them over-ear. I don’t mind having them on a cable rather than using bluetooth (from what I understand, this makes them a bit less pricy, and maybe even lighter—would you agree?). Now I do find recommendations on many of those features for bluetooth headphones (Sony WH-1000XM4 etc.) yet none with a cable, and I’ll be most thankful for your all your recommendations in any direction.
